TEN & Affiliated Brands Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with TEN and our affiliated brands. We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Hang Tags Attached: All original hang tags must be securely attached to the garment.
Resaleable Condition: The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will disqualify the item from being returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Please email us at info@tencollections.com to initiate your return or exchange.
Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return Instructions: We will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Secure Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.   
Processing Time: Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item(s).
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund for the returned item.
Important Notes:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.   
This policy applies to all TEN and all TEN affiliated brands.
